AmCham Coral Sea’s elected Committee is responsible for the governance, oversight, and vision of the organization.  There are currently seven AmCham Committee Members sitting on the Committee. They are elected through ballot by the membership at the Annual General Meeting, following a nomination process requiring the signature of two AmCham members and themselves.

The Committee may appoint and delegate to Subcommittees, officials and servants of the Association, regulate Committee meetings, approve membership applications, and manage the financial assets of the AmCham.

The Committee elects among itself the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer from among the sitting board members. Terms for these board positions are one year.
